Decision fatigue is real. A reliable breakfast removes one daily negotiation before the day has even started.

Pick two or three options you genuinely enjoy and rotate them — overnight oats, eggs on toast, yogurt with fruit and seeds. Save novelty for meals you have more time to actually enjoy.

"Boring" here is a feature, not a bug. Repeatable is what becomes a habit.
