Privacy Policy

This starter Privacy Policy explains what NinaNurtures collects and why. Replace with lawyer-reviewed copy before launch.

What we collect: account details (name, email), purchase and booking history, and content you submit (comments, contact messages, consulting intake forms).

Health information: consulting intake forms may include health-related information. This is the most sensitive data we hold. Access is restricted to your assigned instructor and the business owner/admin, every access is logged, and the data is encrypted at rest. When you delete your account, intake data is purged or hard-anonymized.

Third parties: we use Stripe (payments), Zoom (live sessions), an email provider (transactional email), and storage/analytics providers. Each receives only the data needed to perform its function.

Your rights: you can export your data or delete your account from Account → Settings. We honor GDPR/CCPA requests.
